Volunteers needed for upcoming DECA competition!
December 16th (9a-2p) at the Crowne Plaza in Danvers
Be a judge or help with the event itself — check students in, help the teacher keep things running smoothly, etc.
Judges evaluate students’ business knowledge. You evaluate students on their presentation of solutions to real-world business situations. This terrific one-time volunteer opportunity will allow you to experience some of the brightest teen minds and their understanding of business. Judges are partnered with other judges to evaluate each role play.
What is DECA?
DECA is an association for marketing students, which is student-centered and whose program of leadership and personal development is designed specifically for students enrolled in marketing education classes. DECA is the only student organization operating in 50 states, the 4 U.S. Territories, Canada, Germany, and South Korea, which attracts individuals to productive careers in marketing, management and entrepreneurship.
