It was delicious and thankfully a forgiving recipe. In Annapolis, I could not find the chocolate chèvre cheese. However regular chèvre was an easy purchase. I did find a chèvre based chocolate truffle recipe so I worked that up ~ rolled it into a log and chilled. The next day, after the chèvre was set firm ~ the dessert came together quickly. The strawberries soaked in the white balsamic and vanilla infused sugar ~ a delicious combination. Truly an easy and adult dessert ~ it pairs well with a dessert wine and all the compliments your guest will surely impart. Thank you Felicia 😉
