That is some seriously funky power wire action going on at the top of Center St.
Good Morning Gloucester 
The power line action up at the intersection of Center and Middle is for the Temple and Lorraine. It is indeed pretty complicated, enough so that the Electric Co person lost me completely at the Council P&D meeting where he laid it all out for the city.
