  1. FABULOUS PHOTOS! Thank you for sharing.

  2. Nate says:

Believe it or not, I know a guy who eats these. As well as sculpins.

  3. Brian says:

Sea robins (orange, not golden) are the only thing I can ever catch. They are so hideously ugly that I just want them off my hook and far away. They’re supposed to be very tasty, though.

  4. Sista Felicia says:

Ok I’v eaten some ugly looking fish . But seriously this is one is not looking to tasty. To bad it wasn’t caught a few weeks ago . It would have made a great Halloween centerpiece in a glass jar. Kids would of loved it !!!

  5. tugster says:

i love these pix!! make a wish, quick.

  6. Anonymous says:

Got one of these yesterday from rye harbour nh! He was too pretty to eat so we let im go :)

  7. People eat these things? I thought sculpin and sea robin were the same thing. Anyway, creepy little dudes. I’ve used up a tank of air scuba diving in half the time because one of these decides to follow me. They like to do that, right behind your flippers. And I have seen their teeth and how they do not like to let go so that runs through your mind too.

  8. ps. I gotta admit, this yellow one is kind of cute.
