I’m in Belarus with the "New Thing" ministry I lead here.
These are photos from a distribution of humanitarian aid to the poor in Minsk.
We distribute about 200 tons a year of donated food and goods here in the former USSR.
GMG readers might enjoy following along thru my photo reports — here’s a link to the first:
Finally, we are back in the right time again. Travelling back in time (going westward) is not a problem, literally speaking. But the other direction “screws” the master clock.
The attached picture was taken outside the town hall were Anita works. Note Landskrona`s city arms behind. Feel free to share the photo with our friends over there, and GMG of course.
We keep in touch / Lars
Hey Joey. We’ve met a few times, I’m Kate Lufkin, Laurie Lufkin’s sister. Your wife also went to high school with my sister Sarah.
Anyway, I just took a trip to Zimbabwe and Mozambique to volunteer at an HIV clinic for a few weeks (but I had some fun while I was there, too!) and Laurie reminded me to bring along my sticker…So, here they are! The first one is me on the campus of Africa University (where I was based out of for teaching. I was considered faculty…wtf??) Same with the 2nd and the 3rd. The 5th and 6th are at Victoria Falls, one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen in my life…Finally the last one is on a boat cruise I took on the Zambezi river. It was pretty awesome! I saw elephants, crocs, hippos, you name it!
Feel free to use all or none of them, but I thought I’d send them along.
Thanks for your blog, I love it!
Just sending some photos I took in San Francisco. One is representing from the Ferry Terminal looking at the Oakland Bay Bridge, the other is representing with a California homie. Enjoy!

Hi Joey, Here are some photos from a recent trip to the Philippines. These were fun photos to take. I did so much diving–it was nice break to pose with the sticker instead of look at fish. But know I think I need a new sticker!!

Hawksbill Turtle represents!
Overlooking Turtle Bay on the island of Cebu, The Philippines.
just south of the Nicaragua border. I carried this around with us for 31 days waiting for the right moment, which was just about our last one there.

I just got in from Ireland where I spent a fast week with my daughter Nora.
This picture is from Inisheer, one of the Aran Islands off Galway Bay on the west coast. I thought I was in Gloucester- surrounded by the sea. Fishing boats, granite everywhere, a bar on every corner, and the NICEST people. See you soon!
David Anderson representing from Alyeska, Alaska! The most snow in the whole world this past season! over 800 inches since last October.
OMG THE DUCK!!!
I dare say I think that may be our first from Alaska
A big Good Morning Gloucester from my hotel balcony in Virginia Beach. I didn’t have a sticker so please excuse my hipster iPad substitute!

Here I am on a ranch up in the hills above Palo Alto; that’s San Francisco Bay in the background. It was seventy today.
I’m here with my crew removing an organ we made in 1987 for a gentleman who built a concert hall as an addition to his house. He was a great guy, we had good times while working here, but he died a couple of years ago. His widow asked C. B. Fisk, Inc. to find a good home for the instrument, and we did. The three-manual, 45 stop organ, with 2,838 pipes, will be going to Indiana University, which has one of the finest organ departments in the country. But first we have to dismantle it completely, pack all 15 tons of it with great care into two 53 foot moving vans and then ship it to Bloomington. About a month’s work for six of us. Some time next year when IU finishes modifications to Alumni Hall, we’ll put it all back together again. (I have a great job.)
There’s more info about the organ and a portrait at http://www.cbfisk.com/do/DisplayInstrument/instId/91.
Just wanted to say what a great job you are doing with the website. Really enjoy staying connected to home when on vacation in Jupiter.
