Gingerbread House Competition!
Top Chefs create gingerbread masterpieces to be judged by a celebrity panel and sold with proceeds benefiting Housing Families, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending family homelessness. As one of the largest operators of quality affordable housing for homeless and very low-income families in Massachusetts, Housing Families provides safe, temporary shelter and individualized supportive services to enrich childrens’ lives, nurture the potential of each family member, and help those in greatest need maintain permanent housing.

2nd Annual Children’s Authors Festival
11:00 am – 3:00 pm
The Children’s Author Festival welcomes 20 local children’s book authors and illustrators (click here for the list) to read from and sign their books, available for purchase at the event. Each child under 12 receives a ticket for free skating (in season) at Labrie Family Skate at Strawbery Banke.)
