“I Am Profoundly Grateful”. Repeat these words to yourself until your heart begins to swell and your mind creates a list of all the things you have to be grateful for. Then go forth, shine your light on everyone you meet, and have an amazing day.

Except to see everyone else have a grateful heart too – then the whole world would long for nothing.

EJ – I shared this in a department meeting today and it made an impact – you are so right and we do forget to acknowledge how grateful we are for the life we are living – thanks so much for sharing, and know I am passing this jewel on. Debra

That is wonderful Debra! I know for myself, no matter what kind of shit (and we all have it) might be going on in my life, if I just get up in the morning with an attitude of gratitude, it all kinds of melts into the insignificance that it really is. Being profoundly grateful makes it liquefy and just disappear.
