Baby Bella Mushroom Thyme “Pizzett”

1 cup thinly sliced Cipollini onion

3 tablespoon salted butter

1 8 oz. package sliced Baby Bella Mushroom

3 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

2 Tandoor Baked Naan Garlic Flat Bread

1/2 cup crumbled Blue cheese

1/2 cup crumbled chevre cheese

1/2 cup sliced red seedless grapes

1/2 cup fresh baby arugula; roughly chopped


1 melt butter in medium sauce pan; add sliced onion, mushroom, and thyme; saute 3-5 minutes over high heat until onions are soft and translucent

2 place each Naan Flat Bread on cookie sheet or preheated pizza stone

3 divide mixture in half; using slotted spoon fix each portioned half onto each Naan Flat Bread/ “Pizzett”

4 combine cheeses together; top each Pizzett with crumbled cheeses; place under high heat  broiler 1-2 minutes or until cheeses melt and begin to bubble

5 carefully remove from oven; top each with arugula and grapes; cut each “Pizzett” into 2-4 portions; serve immediately
