Fork Spinning At The Fort Square Cafe

A guy makes two of these a week. Perfectly balanced forks, one of which hangs just by a tine and spins around the other.

    We used to go to a restaurant in Hommasassa Florida and the waiter would come out and as you held the fork somehow he would make it bend. Does this happen at the café before spinning?
