My neighbor, Melissa Tarr, is having a holiday open house to celebrate her brand new jewelry design business, Design of Mine. The party is this coming Wednesday, December 11th, from 6 pm to 9 pm, at her home located at 19 Plum Street. Her collecion will be available for sale, refreshments served, and everyone is invited! This is nice work ~ wonder if she does custom work? If someone brought in a key, and some items, told a story, she might create a key ~ a charm necklace or key of sorts ~ personalized.

Yes I would love to do a custom piece for you. When I can work with a customer to have a piece tell a story it is very rewarding. I offer lots of vintage inspired charms so my customers can make their own designs. Thus the name “Design of Mine” !

It was great to see you last night, thank you for coming. My next show is The Festival of Trees in Marlborough Dec 13-15. However I will be doing an event locally. December 19th 5:00-9:00 at Mary Rose Vintage Design 269 Main St Gloucester. Jackie has a lovely new shop. We will be hosting a make your own vintage chic necklace or bracelet event. It should be an energetic evening.
I also am hosting the same event at Sweetwater & Co in Marblehead from Dec 20-22.
