It was a good listen. ;). Joey, to answer your question about soggy pie crust ~ never put a pie in the refrigerator or a tightly closed plastic type container. The crust will absorb the moisture and become soggy. Google has plenty of tips to avoid soggy crust before the bake ~ they all work ~ however, I think soggy has more to do with storage. After the first cut, I cover the pie loosely with foil and enjoy that second slice 😉
