It’s not operating yet, so nobody knows. Varian/Applied Materials said on their web site that it would sound similar to falling leaves.

Looking at the picture taken from Plum Island, what comes to mind is that it is an f’ing monstrosity and a blight. You guys really psyched to get three of those things? Better start boning up on Photoshop skills to correct future Cape Ann landscape and sunset pics.

I like it so far, it’s cool looking. I also like the ones down in Providence, RI.
They won’t have any effect on the views of sunrises and sunsets.
