The ambitious and capable duo is transitioning into the fresh concept they envision at the Rocky Neck Art Colony location by revitalizing a menu that will take full advantage of Gloucester’s bountiful seafood and local produce.
The popular Sushi bar will continue to be the focus of chef Jordan Rubin, who brought chef Sang Hyun Lee on board this summer as the fans and demand for his sushi increased since its inception at the Madfish last year.
