  • Great idea, Joey. We eat fish 2-3 times each week and I do most of the cooking. I have healthy recipes for shrimp, scallops, salmon and most fish. Now I’ll have to remember to take a picture of the results and send it and the recipe to you.


  • Unrelated, but related. Check out which I found really helpful in my weight loss and change of diet plan. It is very difficult to lose weight if you don’t keep track of how many calories you are consuming, but this site makes it easy, as long as you log everything you put in your mouth. It is shocking how many calories some things have, and once you know, you will steer clear of them in the future. You can also keep track of cholesterol, protein, fiber, fat, sodium, etc.
