It’s On Baby!

Last night: Planks, Pushups and Lunges.

Hamstrings are not happy with me.

Breakfast: Two Egg Whites, Greek Yogurt. Stretching.

This is it baby, I’m in it to win it!

Motivated.  I’ll be ready to wear the new grape smugglers I bought on vacation in no time. Smile

    Oh this is going to be a hoot!! How many days or actually hours back at work will it take for him to cry for Mammies!!! How about some Vegan soup for lunch Joey?? LOL

    Sorry..FYI….I will not be preparing any diet/low calorie Sunday Dinners…so please plan your excerise workout and daily calorie intake accordingly! <3
