Gloucester At Dawn- Rose’s Marine 4:55AM 4/16/12

When I took this photo I figured the boat in the background would be the focal point but then when I was looking at it in my photo editor the grain in the wood decking in the foreground really stood out to me.

Yes … wood grain is outstanding. I really enjoy your Gloucester At Dawn pictures, especially the ones around the inner harbor.

Now I shouldn’t offer something if I don’t have the details – but it must be out there in Google-ville somewhere. Have you see the new strange looking camera with excellent resolution that, once uploaded, let’s the viewer change the focus. Totally excellent. I think you’d enjoy it. Great photo.

  6. Pat Earle says:

I agree..Adds a very interesting perspectve and feel to the otherwise pedestrian photo

  7. Meg Lee says:

    spooky, ominous and intriguing!!

Nice shot Joey. So first I see the Majestic Lady but I dont know the boats well enough. On a second look I see the pile of rope which reminds me of a cool scene from the movie Usual Suspects. Excellent guy movie if you haven’t seen it.
