I get a huge kick out of people putting xtra change in expired meters around town, especially Dale ave./handicapped spaces.

  1. According to parking enforcement officer Deb Callahan, vehicles displaying a handicapped placard thru the front windshield can park in a handicapped space or a metered space without paying. Handicapped spaces are not metered.
