Continuing my series of posts of murals from the stairwells of St. Ann’s Church, here’s one of two fishing boats. The names (updated thanks to a reader’s comment) are “Carole & Gary” and “Sunlight”. Anybody know to whom these vessels belonged?

Father,
The 2 boats you mentioned are Carol and Gary (owned by Salvatore Curcuru) and the
Sunlight (owned by Gene Marino).

I really enjoy your interior photos of St. Ann’s. Never having been inside, I hope to see it next time I’m in town. I have many interior shots of Our Lady of the Good Voyage, another very lovely place as well. I hope you do origami renderings of the boat models in there sometime!
