Sounds great! but how much is the monthly condo fee? that’s always the killer.

According to the MLS it’s $283 a month, Paul. Another way to look at it is for $3,396 ($283 x 12) a year, the yard is cut, insurance and water bill paid, snow is shoveled and some $ is probably put aside for exterior maintenance. When I divide my annual house bills by 12, it’s almost always more than a typical condo fee.

I have been there, it is really pretty from the top. It is not like you are going up to the top 10X/day. You go there for R&R, to get away. The ladder may prevent others to bother you!
