    Anyone know where they source their meat? I would love to have some ribs on my rib.

    Try Butcher Boy in North Andover or NE Meat Market in Peabody. The Butchery is also good, but a bit expensive. I’ve not been to the Hilltop in a while, but they always had good cuts there.
