See all those pipes that feed into the side of the net reel?
They are hydraulics which power the net reel to turn and stop. It’s amazing to me how much pressure they must be under to move such heavy equipment. I’m surprised they don’t burst all the time under that kind of pressure.

It’s unreal that this control panel is close to a hundred years old and still gets the job done. I bet if it was replaced by some new equipment that the new equipment would break down every 5 years or so and have to be replaced. They just don’t make stuff like they used to.

In a grotesque mix-up, Julia and her family mistake Jonas for her exotic new boyfriend Sebastian, whose return from abroad they had all been expecting. Jonas assumes the other’s identity, and a boundless world opens up to him. But one day, truth comes knocking at the door.

Back when I was young and relevant and in my late twenties my friends had great costume parties for Halloween at the Lennox Hotel. I would always lament having to wear a costume and put off getting one til the last minute.
Sure enough though I could always swing by Bananas and find a funky old leisure suit or some get up to wear.
