The Harbor Room is an intimate setting for medium to small gatherings with a gorgeous view of Gloucester Harbor. It would be ideal for an afternoon/evening cocktail reception with its good sized deck.
Small, but steps to the Studio, Rudder, Madfish, Sailor Stan’s, Art Galleries, Secluded Beaches. I want it.
If this place was across the street you wouldn’t be able to rent it for less than $2500 a month but it sits up high and has almost as good of unobstructed views but at close to half the rent.
If anyone wants info, let me know and I’ll put you in touch with the owner.
