The helping hands behind the rosary

Christopher Quinlan, grandson of Marie Linquata, is the man behind the scenes faithfully helping out each night. Christopher assists guests in and out of the elevator, assembles extra tables and chairs as needed, and keeps the activity in the kitchen running smoothly for “Novena Coffee Time”.  He is the perfect role model for our younger generation. Chris is committed to doing his part to keep this deep rooted Sicilian Tradition of “novena” alive for future generations by stepping up to the plate and getting involved. Hat’s off to Christopher! Thank you for all you do.

Hi Joey,

You probably have received pictures of last night’s wedding of Brad Pierce and Lindsay Brown on Long Beach. Brad owns the Cape Ann Motor Inn.

It was beautiful — and Brad and Lindsay graciously invited all the neighbors. Party of the year!

Sending some more in the next email.

Enjoy this beautiful day.

Eric Lorden Spotted This White Whale??? In Smith’s Cove Yesterday

He said he heard it breathe when it lifted it’s back out of the water and it’s back came up about 6 or 7 times within 15 minutes or so.  The skin was smooth and it was pure white, the whole animal.

What he saw was the back hump come out of the water and then the tail and the tail was split like two points.  Can anyone ID what it could have been???

A beluga perhaps?

Updated, a second confirmation from Amy Beaudet:

My father-in-law also saw it yesterday by the paint factory. He said it was a beluga whale. He’ll probably give more details later.
