After testing the difference between “regular Oregano” and this aromatic “Wild Italian Origano” I immediately became hooked.  I only use fresh or dried “Wild Italian Origano” when preparing dishes in my kitchen!

Step-by-Step

1  remove dried oregano from its branches, by rubbing leaves between finger tips and hands while in plastic bag

2   transfer crumbled oregano from plastic bag to mason jar; will keep several month
