Italian popcorn


3 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 cups popcorn kernels

1/2 cup salted butter; melted

1 packet good seasons Italian dry dressing mix

2 tablespoon fresh parsley

3 sprigs fresh thyme

1  tablespoon fresh oregano

1/4 teaspoon red crushed pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

1/2 cup parmesan cheese; freshly grated

Step-by Step

1 place oil and popcorn kernels in large saucepan; cover pan with lid; heat over high setting until kernels begin to pop; shake pan vigorously until popping noises slow down


2 immediately remove from heat; transfer popcorn to serving bowl; add butter mix well; add Italian dry dressing mix, red crushed pepper flakes and black pepper; toss well


3  add cheese

4  finely chop herbs; scatter over seasoned popcorn; toss; serve immediately
