  • A couple of newbies in the shop are “Dorset”, a rich, raw milk washed rind baby from Vermont, a 7 year old Quebec SHARP cheddar, some Burratta(mozzarella filled with cream, and a spankin’ 5 year old Uniekaas, butterscotchy, crunchy…aged gouda in its prime. Many many more arriving next week as well. Miss Gloucester, and can’t wait to see you all. Laura
