Wow, why did I not think of this before? A quick google and there are tons of “caution duck crossing” signs. None for Rubber Ducks but this one would work perfectly:

I think this should be one of the first duties that the newly appointed Gloucester DPW Duck should get done.

And when you do, it needs to be displayed on the roof of Capt Joe & Sons, facing the street so Joey gets to see it every time he pulls into the parking lot.
