Thanks Fred. I guess it’s all in being at the right place at the right time.
Well, most of my posts have been historic, back to 1877, which is why I was taken aboard GMG, and now I’m doing more contemporary coverage. For me, it’s a life process. This winter I will take us back in time with the old photos again. I’ve got some gems that nobody has ever seen, and access to menus from some of the great old hotels. Maybe we can entice some of our best restaurants to replicate some of those dishes.
