Delivery and assembly of a wind turbine

I posted this interesting video so you can see how they assemble a wind turbine. At the 6:54 mark they are delivering and assembling the blades to the hub on the ground then lifting the whole unit into place. I’m not sure how the Gloucester one will be put together.

    Thank you for sharing this video Paul. The most amazing part is to see all three blades attached simultaneously.

    • Thanks. I thought is was amazing how they get the Fan up. Do a search on youtube and you’ll see a lot of videos of; Installations and disasters.
      Looks Scary when they catch fire. Must be a pain to try and put them out.
