Watching the harbor fill with sails this morning from the Wonson Paint Factory was nothing short of amazing. I’ve seen the tall ships on parade and yes, they’re kind of cool, but there is nothing like a whole pack of schooners roaming about. The light winds enabled them to go full sail before they cleared the inner harbor. Amazing. I already said that. 140 tons of Adventure elegantly gliding out (single screw diesel, the fun of seeing her under sail awaits) of the harbor was … awesome.
