Bodin’s Historic Photo

About Marty Luster

I'm Marty Luster, a retired attorney and politician. In 2010 my wife, mother-in-law, dog and I relocated from Central NY to Gloucester. I hope my photographs and poetry(?) reflect my love for this place and her people. My picture-poem posts can be seen at http://matchedpairs.wordpress.com and selected black and white images can be found at http://slicesoflifeimages.wordpress.com

  1. This was shot last Friday, when my gallery hosted a reception for Mayor Kirk and her group of HarborWalk folks. They drank a lot of cold water and iced tea, dipped Virgillio’s bread in Cape Ann Olive Oils, and ate cheese from The Cave. Sista Felicia surprised me with a huge veggie pizza, panzanella (Italian bread salad), and anise cookies. It was all happily consumed! Marty is my favorite photographer, I’m not my favorite subject, but I think he did a great job with what he had to work with. Thanks.
PS: That’s a portion of the City of Gloucester flag to my left, which I displayed in honor of the Mayor’s visit.
