It was brought up in a lobster trap and covered with crabs which picked it away pretty clean.

    a pelican?

  2. David Teele says:

    seal

    next?

  3. Bill Hubbard says:

Hard to even guess, Joey without the lower jaw or knowing how big it is. You’ve eliminated birds so, I guess I’ll say it’s from a Squid.

  4. boudrea3 says:

How big is it? Scale is important with skeletons. Maybe a sea turtle?

  5. debny01930 says:

One more guess. It’s a rat.

  6. tee says:

    what is it?

  7. Did it taste like chicken?

  8. Hmm, Joey has never eaten one, (likely because it skeeves him out), A puppy dog or a mouse.

  9. Cuter than a rat? A oppusum, porcupine, raccoon, woodchuck, hedge piggywig. Did he have three fingers? Mickey Mouse?

  10. Minnie Mouse? squirrel, chipmunk, that thing that Paul F took a photo of down on the state pier that I cannot remember the name, my neighbor had them for pets, long, thin, and kind of stinky. Brain fart can’t think of it.

  11. A ferret, that’s what I was trying to remember. I think they taste like chicken too.

  12. Bill Hubbard says:

Now, I know, it’s either a squirrel or a rabbit

  13. Since I already said squirrel, process of elimination, rabbit!! You never eaten rabbit? Yummy, taste like chicken.
