Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, fresh strawberries, sliced almonds and a dash of cinnamon.
Sounds yummy,except for the Greek yogurt part. Can’t get used to it.
Make it even healthier, ditch the sugary low fat yogurt and go for unsweetened full fat yogurt (like a man.)
Try the greek yogurt with a dab of honey – it won’t affect your glycemic index as much but will still be sweet. Full fat is important as many vitamins and nutrients are fat-soluable. Light is crap once you get used to the full-fat. Fat ≠ fat body, not all calories are equal. Almonds are great! Like that unsolicited advice? I’ve got plenty more…
