You should always strive to cover all of the basic food groups. Desert pics to follow!!!
Four cans of tuna? Hmmmm, sounds interesting. Okay, I know this is weird but I like horseradish with my tuna…..
Joey’s lunch, all the way!
Joey’s lunch by far looks the healthiest and best, except for the tuna in oil. I can’t take tuna packed in oil myself – I’m strictly a spring water packed tuna person. I agree with Kathleen, some horseradish sauce on that would be perfect, but the balsamic vinegar works too.
Where did Ed get that ? That looks good!
i’d hang with ed for lunch! you can keep the tuna! to each its own i guess
I’m with Ed’s lunch (less the chicken, waay to healthy for this kinda dish) i’m hanging with Ed !!! Sorry Joe.. LOL
Joey’s lunch! Eat healthy, live longer.
High cholestoral foods in moderation only.
~ Have dessert, fried foods, if you will, & burgers, too.
Just keep your health in mind, & don’t over do! ~
Yum….Tuna in oil..love that with lemon juice
Scrape the bread off, skip the fries, cook it in butter, and I bet Ed could still lose weight just fine! Serious! Check out Mark’s Daily Apple! Tuna gets old (and has mercury), but sardines or anchovies are quite nice though. Ever try Kale Chips? Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods and is very tasty with a bit o’ olive oil and salt roasted in the oven. Crispy tasty snack! Ed’s is making me hungry and I just had the primal version. Man, I miss eggs! LOL!
