“Our first trip of the season was yesterday (Saturday, April 21st). I’m happy to report that it was a great success! There were plenty of Whales, lots of Dolphins, and some great birds too.

Paul – That was a great read. One of my favorite activities at a family reunion a few years ago was going out whale watching. Thanks for posting!

  2. Bob Ryan says:

The birds, the early mackeral, water temps are ever so slightly up, translate into Whales! And at only 12 miles. Let’s hope for a great season. Word will get out. Let’s be ready to feed and house the tourists who come here for the whales and beaches. Whales, Beaches, Shoreline, Artists, Food, Music, Beverage (Cape Ann Brewing, Ryan & Wood Distillery, Twin Light Soda, the Tea & Coffee houses), add Theater, History & Museums, Literature, Let us find the keys to turn this engine on! We can make people’s memories. “Destination” Weddings, Family reunions, “Mystery” trips, we saw these and more come visit the distillery last year. No more “Field of Dreams” marketing for the Cape. Let’s do things and get the word out. We are here.
