Found this little Wren when we came back from Grocery Shopping

This is what happens when sliding doors are open with no screens, poor little Wren…  keeping the little bird safe… all windows and doors are wide open.

  4. That’s a Carolina wren I believe… she sings as though she’s a large, powerful bird..so it’s surprising that so much sound can come forth from such a sweet tiny being. Happy Spring

    Like Donna, I always left one window open a little bit, even on the coldest of winter nights, until a squirrel got in and wreaked havoc in our house. I still leave one window up a bit but make sure the screen is down!
