Standing in The Sky

Look at your feet.  You are standing in the sky.  When we think of the sky, we tend to look up, but the sky actually begins at the earth.  ~Diane Ackerman

  1. I like both the photo and the quote. I never thought of the sky beginning at your feet.

  2. judy says:

Never thought of it that way – very nice.

I vision with my heart and soul
The day our Savior rose from the grave
In times of sacrifices and believers untold
So that we the sinners of his earth could be saved
What a miraculous sight at the stone being rolled away
For Jesus to rise to the Heaven’s above
Dear precious Lord we sing Hallelujahs today
For the gift of the promise of eternal love
Let God’s Angels join us in prayer and song
As we gather in celebration of our Saviors life
Let his children in Faith be gifted life long
In his protective grace through their days and nights
Jesus can never die, He is glorified
Son of God of Trinity of three
We pray this day that our soldiers before the night
Will be returned to their beloved families
