What to do during the blackout? From Barbara Boudreau

Hi Joey,

A couple of shots for you.

Suddenly the lights go out.  What do you do?  We’re sailors, which means candles are at times considered a primary source of light, and losing power really has no meaning.  Last night, the whole neighborhood was out, but our living room was bathed in soft candlelight, and the cribbage board replaced the prattle of that black box that hangs on the wall.

The other pic is one of the luxuries of winter.  Royal Velvet is now in full bloom!  I buy these bulbs at Messelaar Bulb Co. in Ipswich.  They have the best.  Royal Velvet is 35 inches tall!!!!!
