It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Everywhere you go;

Take a look in the five and ten, glistening once again

With candy canes and sliver lanes aglow.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas,

Toys in every store

But the prettiest sight to see is the holly that will be

On your own front door.                                                 Meredith Willson (1902-19840)

  1. Tim says:

    Not to be a snarky smart-ass (but I will anyway) – his name was Meredith Willson (with two L’s.)

    There, I’ve done my Good Spelling Deed for the Day

  2. Not snarky–much appreciated. Thank you Tim.
