I think the Mrs. & the Girls need to open up a lobster shack down the dock and serve lobster rolls and daily lobster specials. The lobsters would always be fresh!
I’ve asked her three times now. I’d say the odds of her finding time in her busy day are about 15%

Yum! With all the lobster recipes I have tried, this is one dish I’ve not done. Like you in Gloucester, we have access to many a lobster in Maine.
