Took a walk to the beach and the water is really churning up.. went in only to my knees.. very rough and undertow was doing its thing.

Very Nice picture. How can you tell when there is an undertow?
after the waves come onto the beach and start to go back out, you can feel the pull.. it can be very strong.. granted I am only 5 ft. one inch.. but you know the ocean is telling you something
