Did You Know? (Judythe Evans Meagher)

That Judythe Evans Meagher is an award-winning artist who paints in watercolors, oils and acrylics?  She is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society and the North Shore Arts Association, and a “Distinguished Artist” member of the Concord Art Association.  Judythe’s work is characterized by her use of color and light to create mood, whether whimsical or serene, and has been featured in The Artist’s Magazine, HOW Magazine, Pleiades Magazine and the Boston Sunday Globe, as well as several other publications.  Her paintings hang in public, private and corporate collections in the US and abroad.  Many of her paintings are now available as limited edition giclee prints.

Judythe’s gallery is located at 37 Rocky Neck, where she exhibits her work and teaches watercolor workshops for beginning and intermediate students.  Her gallery is open weekends noon to 5:00 pm from Memorial Day to Columbus Day, or by appointment (978) 281-7575.  You can visit her website at www.judythe.com.

My name is Ellen “E.J.” Lefavour (a/k/a “Ejay Khan” – the pseudonym I used during my years as a political activist artist).     I had a chance to visit her gallery and her work is amazing…also, has a cute little dog called Lily…
