Who you lookin’ at?

Sunday, on Hesperus Ave.,  there were 6 or seven turkeys perched in the trees. This guy was on the fence and close enough to get a good shot with my zoom lens. Friends have been chased by this “band of birds”, so in the car I stayed!

    She looks like she’s definitely warning you off. Great shots. Wise to stay in the car. Boston.com say that turkeys have become an increasing presence — and nuisance — throughout the state. There are now about 23,000 turkeys hopping around Massachusetts, up from almost none when officials brought them back in the early 1970s.
