Free Screening Of Christmas Movie Filmed and Set In Rockport At Rockport Music Sat Dec 18th

Hi Joey,

We wanted to let you know about a community event coming up this Saturday. It’s a free screening of the 1988 Christmas movie I’ll be Home For Christmas.Film: I’ll be Home for Christmas

Saturday, December 18, 7:30PM

I’ll be Home for Christmas, set and filmed in Rockport, chronicles the experiences of a small town in December 1944. Two parents await the return of their sons in the army, and their riveter daughter, for Christmas. It has, says Hal Erickson, “The texture of a Normal Rockwell painting and the ambiance of William Saroyan’s Human Comedy.” Happy holidays from Rockport Music – Come celebrate the season with us at this free community screening!

Starring Hal Holbrook, Eva Marie Saint, Peter Gallagher and Courtney Cox. 100 minutes.

Free and open to the public. No tickets required and no advanced reservations.
Admission and seating are on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 7PM after the pageant!

Jason Stigliano, Rockport Music
