What a surprise! That end of Main Street needed another place to get people walking around.
I imagine a thriving Main Street end-to-end with all of the blank faced buildings redeveloped with ground floor retail, all of the missing-tooth lots filled in, and curmudgeons complaining about how busy it is and how hard it is to park. Everyone patronize all of the existing and new establishments too keep this train moving.
