Okay, I have been told that the secret to really good lobster red sauce is to save the shells, place them on a cookie sheet and roast them in the oven to bring out the flavor before adding them into the tomato sauce. I do not know if this is true but that’s what I hear….
Please, Please, PLEASE — can we have the recipe.. . .
