I love SS’s and have eaten there since I was a kid and always eat there when I’m back home.
Karen Roberts, the proprietress of Sailor Stans for years now, is one of the kindest hearted, lovely, loving, positive, open minded people I know. If you’ve never had the pleasure of eating her fixin’s, check it out. She makes the best fish chowder, for sure!
