That walkway from I4-C2 directly up toward City Hall will be fantastic. It’d be great to see cobblestones in that alley to draw pedestrians up to Main Street and maybe a small archway above that says, “Welcome to Downtown Gloucester.” Thanks to Ed and all who cleaned up the lot on Saturday.
