Glad you want to preserve history. But, it is not just all about the building. It is the interaction with the Fleet. And for that matter, the world. You can expand.

He ran the Gloucester Paints retail store for “Big” Jim Abbott at the bottom of Duncan Street where the Gloucester Bank & Trust was. Also ask him about watching the cars come down Duncan St. in the winter, before tires are as good as they are now.
