We have enjoyed Passports for many years–our children even gave us a gift certificate there as an anniversary gift! Unfortunately, we live in Yorktown Heights, NY, not Gloucester, so we only get to enjoy their food when we are on vacation. We would love to have a recipe for this sandwich(even if we can’t get a Virgilio’s roll). Is that at all possible? Even a clearer listing of ingredients would be great–do you mean thousand island dressing plus sauteed mushrooms, and are the chipotles the ones in a marinade or crushed, dried ones? Thanks!!!
